Who is that on the other end?

 
 
I don't mind most of the calls I get, when people say,  "I had to call back, I could not understand the last agent at all please help."  I do mind when Experian has an agent call my home on my registered do not call land line phone number to gather data and update their data base by an agent who can not even pronounce my name or the name of my company.   I called experian to verify the call, and I could not understand the agent who fumbled to answer my questions.  She was nice, I could tell, but it just feels wrong.   Especially when I'd be happy to make those calls for Experian myself if they offered to pay me.
 
I'm sure they could afford me.
 
If they would just ask.
 
Do they know that?
