I don't feel sorry for the gluttony of the previous 2 years of Real Estate Rapist! 

And for the people who went out and bought hummers to ride around and sell their flips in: how stupid!

 

I for one am in a paid for car, in fact 2 paid for cars sit in my drive way all day long:

 

I work at home!   and my pay has gone up over the past 2 years!  I have the best of all worlds...still renting and I did do a crazy flip in SC and made moula

 

However...I'm so prime now for a new home!   We are looking!  Right here in Space Coast Florida.  

 

I just love to hear the agents lie.....and well some refuse to comment on anything....anymore..when asked about values...
